A Town Auto

How lucky am I that A Town Auto was just up the road from my hotel. Passing through Amarillo on my way home to Plano and started hearing a rattling, thumping noise from the front of the car. Pulled into A Town as soon as they opened and Jayden immediately checked out the car and found a huge chunk of rubber missing from the driver's side front tire. He then jacked up the car to check if anything else was damaged (it wasn't). He offered to put on a used tire but after discussing the age of all 4 tires we agreed I should drive slowly up the road to Discount Tire and buy 4 new ones. The charge? Nada! He wouldn't even take a tip. I can't recommend A Town enough! If I lived in or close to Amarillo they would have all my auto repair business. Thank you A Town and Jayden!

A town auto were my guardian angels, got me in as a walk in and helped me when I needed it the most! I was traveling from Colorado to Oklahoma to surprise my husband with a truck while I was towing the remainder of our things back home. I unfortunately had a check engine light pop on in Amarillo. I was 7 hours into my trip and still had 5 more to go. I was an emotional mess and had no idea what to do. Atown Auto not only got me in immediately to help get me back on the road but they helped reassure me that I was gonna be okay and everything would work out. They were extremely caring for my safety on the road. Turns out I was missing my oil cap, had codes for converters and desperately needed an oil change. Everyone was super quick, they gave my truck a look over were able to diagnose and fix my problem in about an hour. They even topped off my other fluids just to be sure I was good to go. Very easy to find location, the whole place is family and me being from out of town they made me feel like I was family by the end of the visit. I am so grateful to everyone at A Town who helped get me back on the road so I could get home safely. I made it in late that same night and the truck r

IF YOU'RE PASSING THROUGH AMARILLO, THIS SHOP IS FOR YOU!! The Rojas family was incredibly knowledgeable and hospitable when we brought our truck in for an inspection and some work. We’re driving from Alabama to Alaska, so it was important for us to make sure everything was in top shape for the road ahead. Mr. Zane Rojas and his sons were attentive, helpful, and took the time to clearly explain the maintenance our truck needed. They even invited us into the shop to show us everything firsthand, which we really appreciated. His lovely wife, Minerva, was a breath of fresh air — keeping everything organized and making the office feel welcoming and comfortable. We would recommend this shop to anyone passing through Amarillo. This wonderful family truly knows what they’re doing!

I HIGHLY recommend this place. They helped me out with an Oil filter that I had ripped off couldn't remove anymore. I thought all hope was lost and that I was going to have to pay hundreds but these people here took care of me. They are so kind, friendly, and understanding. I will definitely come to them for help from now on. The price was extremely good for what they had to do. They are definitely a pillar of this community and I appreciate that they are here.

An excellent repair shop—I highly recommend A Town Auto LLC to everyone. Not only was this the fastest service we’ve ever experienced, but the staff was also the friendliest I’ve ever met in the trucking repair industry. And I say that with confidence, as we’ve been in the trucking business since 2015. In our experience, repairs usually take hours, days, weeks, or even months—but not with A Town Auto LLC. Their efficiency and professionalism truly set them apart.
